What we store
- Your email address and name, and a profile picture if you add one.
- What you create in the app: athletes, tournaments, rings, scores, placements and notes.
- Photos and videos you upload.
- Whether you have a paid plan, and whether it is active.
We store this information so the app works. That is all it is used for.
What we do not do
- We never see your card number. Paying happens on a secure payment page outside the app.
- We do not track you, and there is no advertising.
- We do not sell your information.
Outside providers
We use a small number of outside providers to run the app, store your information, take payments, and help process things you send us. They may only use it to provide those services to us.
Emails we send
We use your email address for two different things. The first is running your account — confirming your address, resetting a password, receipt for a payment. Those are part of the service and you get them as long as you have an account.
The second is product email: occasional notes about new features, fixes, and things worth knowing before a tournament season. We send those to people who created an account or asked to hear from us. It is a few a month at most, and we would rather send nothing than send filler.
Every product email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Use it and you are off that list for good — we do not add you back, and we do not need a reason. Your account keeps working exactly the same, and you will still get the account emails above.
We use an outside provider to send these and to keep track of who has unsubscribed. They hold your email address and name for that purpose only. We do not sell or rent our mailing list, and we do not send you anyone else’s advertising.
Information about other people, including children
Most of what people add to this app is about someone else, and often a child. Please only add someone’s details or video if you are that person, their parent or guardian, or otherwise entitled to.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. It is immediate and permanent, it removes everything you created, and it cancels your subscription so you are not charged again. Two things remain: payment records our provider must keep by law, and a ring you already shared stays with the person you shared it with.
Security and changes
Your information travels over an encrypted connection and is stored so that only your account can reach it. If anything on this page changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above.
